Hi, I’m Ashlee—founder of Shred MX Conditioning, lifelong rider, and your go-to coach for fitness and nutrition built for racers. I started riding motocross at 5 years old and never looked back. Over the years, I’ve earned two AMA #1 plates, multiple overall championships, and raced all over the East Coast.
But it wasn’t always smooth sailing. I struggled with energy, recovery, and consistency—on and off the bike. That’s what led me to dive into fitness in 2019 and expand into nutrition in 2021. I knew if I could figure it out for myself, I could help others avoid the same trial and error.
Shred MX Conditioning was built from the ground up to fill the gap I wish had been filled for me: a program designed specifically for motocross athletes that understands the physical, mental, and nutritional demands of racing.
