Ashlee is a lifelong motocross racer and certified fitness and nutrition coach. With two AMA #1 plates, multiple championships, and a passion for performance, she founded Shred MX Conditioning to help riders feel and perform their best—on the bike and in everyday life.

Fitness & Nutrition Coach
Sophie Johnson is a motocross athlete with over 20 years of riding and racing experience, paired with a background in personal training and nutrition coaching. She’s passionate about helping riders build strength, confidence, and longevity both on and off the bike.
Phillip Harris
Riding Technique & Performance Coach
Phil is a lifelong motocross racer, coach, and former Arenacross and current Loretta Lynn’s competitor. With years of pro-level experience and a deep understanding of riding through injury, he helps riders find their flow and build strength where it matters most.
