Jamie Astudillo is a professional WMX racer and certified fitness coach who knows firsthand what it takes to perform at a high level. Her off-bike coaching focuses on building strength, endurance, and mobility — all key components for improving control, reducing fatigue, and staying injury-free.

Drawing from her years of training and racing experience, Jamie helps riders develop a balanced approach to fitness that supports both their time on the bike and their everyday life. Her mission is to help every athlete feel stronger, more confident, and ready to take on whatever the track (or life) throws their way.
