Throughout her journey, Sophie has faced and overcome injuries, developing a strong mindset and deep appreciation for the importance of physical and mental health in performance. Her commitment to improving every time she gets on the bike is something she takes pride in — and something she instills in the riders she works with.
In addition to her experience on the track, Sophie is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, allowing her to support athletes beyond just riding. She understands what it takes to build strength, endurance, and resilience — not just for performance, but for long-term success in the sport.
